The Résidence was completely renovated and reopened in 2022

to its original splendour, with every detail meticulously considered.

This will be your home for our eight day adventure.

After settling into your room, join us for an aperitif before

sitting down to one of many sumptuous dinners,

enjoyed alongside wines from across France — many rare

and back vintages, as well as current releases.

We visit both large Champagne Houses and small growers,

ensuring you experience a rich variety of producers

and cuvées throughout your time in the region.

This week is not just about cellars and tastings. We aim to create

a complete immersion into the area, sharing memorable

moments with the makers themselves — unique experiences

not normally accessible.

We visit legendary vineyards, including Clos des Goisses,

owned by Champagne Philipponnat. There is nothing quite like

enjoying an iconic Champagne in the very vineyard

where it was grown — on this occasion, we savoured

the 2012 and 2016 vintages, as well as the remarkable L.V. 2000 over lunch.

As if we hadn’t had enough fun out and about, we transform

the Résidence’s ballroom into a scene from Versailles,

complete with music, canapés and plenty of Champagne.

It is certainly a night to remember  …..

Our farewell dinner is a degustation at the two-Michelin-star

Restaurant Arbane, orchestrated by Chef Philippe Mille,

accompanied by some truly impressive Champagnes and wines.
